Goal one:  Get a job

Goal Two:  apply what I learn in the place that I work in it for example, using Google Drive.

Goal Three:  Be active member in the society. 

So my short term goal is to be able to learn more and to apply my abilities to see the progress of the company at top of the success list.  And my long term goal is to make my family proud of me and

In the second visit for Mr. Paul see us when we help teachers in the e-portfolio. Mr. Paul commented that we do well and we doing a good job with helping teachers. In the same time we do our research Materials in Al Maharh to collect the required evidence to support our ideas. 

We discuss about our about our research project and our data collection, also in Al maharh we work with specific teachers that to get the their knowledge about using feedback and working with them in Google Drive to storing their file and works and one of teacher have many materials that to storing in Google Drive but she get a problem when some of her files is not storing and the problem was her file was full and there is no spaces to but her file because Google Drive accept 5GB.

Journal Two

We started our day preparing ourselves to meet Mr. Paul for our first interview, when we started the interview we discussed our progress about what we do in the school with the teachers and our progress in our research. Mr. Paul gave us some comments regarding our work in the school and how our work is going on with the teachers. Also we talked about the ways that we are supposed to conduct our research and we should start our data collection. I think that those comments will help us to know about how we start with our research.

We also discussed about teacher’s file management and file naming for Google Drive, also the look of teachers’ portfolios and how should they organize it and that we have to take some screen shots of the teachers’ portfolios.

Journal One

My teaching practice this year is in Al Ramaqia Primary School for Boys, which is located in Sharjah. The school has students learn from grade one to grade five.

During our teaching Practice in the school we had to experience a lot of positive and negative things in the school some of these things were good for us while the others were hindering our work in the school.

On positive thing is that we have a room and it is the IT lab to stay so that we can finish our work, also we have Internet access which allows us to work with the teachers on Mahara site.

On the other hand, we also had some negative experience, firstly, the teachers of the school weren’t cooperative with us, also sometimes, the internet connection that is in the IT lab sometimes it disconnects and it disturb our work and we have to wait two or three days  for it to be fixed. Another point is that the teachers have no time management in the school, for example the school has events going on almost every week which gets the teachers busy with it and most of their classes don’t have another teacher to take the classes and be responsible for the students.
