My teaching practice this year is in Al Ramaqia
Primary School for Boys, which is located in Sharjah. The school has students
learn from grade one to grade five.
During our teaching Practice in the school we had
to experience a lot of positive and negative things in the school some of these
things were good for us while the others were hindering our work in the school.
On positive thing is that we have a room and it is
the IT lab to stay so that we can finish our work, also we have Internet access
which allows us to work with the teachers on Mahara site.
On the other hand, we also had some negative
experience, firstly, the teachers of the school weren’t cooperative with us,
also sometimes, the internet connection that is in the IT lab sometimes it
disconnects and it disturb our work and we have to wait two or three days for it to be fixed. Another point is that the
teachers have no time management in the school, for example the school has
events going on almost every week which gets the teachers busy with it and most
of their classes don’t have another teacher to take the classes and be
responsible for the students.
